Your bathroom building consent or exemption can be completed in just 5 easy steps…

Consult
We meet up with you to discuss the plans for your new bathroom. At this point, we can confirm whether your rennovation will be a consent or exemption and answer any further questions you may have.

Prepare
We prepare the necessary drawings and specifications required by the council as well as the sign off from all relevant tradespeople required to provide a high quality assurance. This process can take up to 2 weeks to complete.

Measure
One of our friendly team comes to your home to take all the measurements necessary for the consent application. This includes measurements of your house floor plan and detailed measurements of your bathroom.
04, 05
Apply and Consent
We lodge your consent application with the council. Once we have your accepted consent and the building work is completed, we will gather the producer statements from all qualified tradespeople and lodge them with the council to complete the process.
